Pickware Care

With Pickware Care, we insure your new device against damage for two years starting from the date of purchase. If any damage covered by us occurs during this period, we will repair your device or exchange it up to two times for a refurbished or new device of the same grade and quality.

We cover the following cases of damage

  • hakenDamage due to material or production defects
  • hakenDefect of original batteries, but not usual capacity losses
  • hakenAccident and impact damage caused neither intentionally nor by gross negligence
  • hakenWater, moisture and sand damage caused neither intentionally nor by gross negligence

We do not cover these types of damage

  • kreuzBurglary, robbery or looting
  • kreuzLoss of the device
  • kreuzDamage to connected devices such as iPod, iPhone & iPad

How to proceed in case of damage:

If any damage covered by Pickware Care occurs to your device, do the following:

  • 1Find out the serial number of the damaged product. You’ll find the serial number on the device itself or its packaging.
  • 2Fill out the return form in the Pickware Shop and describe the damage. You can find the form at pickware.com/shop/return.
  • 3We will check your damage report and send you a replacement unit immediately so that your workflow is not disrupted.
  • 4Send the damaged device with the received return label back to us. If possible, use the original packaging and make sure it is well padded. After an inspection of your returned device, the replacement is complete.
