You need a licence for each device used (barcode scanner, iPad cash register). The number of WMS licences therefore depends on your order volume and the number of warehouse employees. The number of POS licences depends on the number of checkout locations. The number of licences can be adjusted at any time in your Pickware account.
Each employee who uses the ERP system, a WMS barcode scanner or a cash register should have their own user account. This is the only way you can trace who has performed which operations. In addition, you can use the rights management to block certain functions for individual users.
If you want to connect several online shops to Pickware at the same time. This is the case if you manage two Shopify shops or a Shopify shop and a Pickware shop in Pickware at the same time. This does not include systems connected via the API.
